I work at the intersection of enterprise technology, startups, and company building. In practice, that usually means helping large organizations stay close to emerging innovation while helping startups navigate the complexity of working with big companies, which, as many founders know, can sometimes feel like speaking two different languages.
Throughout my career, I’ve focused on designing and launching initiatives that help organizations adopt emerging technologies while enabling startups and high-growth companies to scale within global ecosystems.
At Oracle, I led several initiatives across Latin America aimed at strengthening the relationship between enterprise technology and the startup ecosystem. One of the initiatives I built was Oracle for Growth, a regional strategy designed to connect high-growth startups with enterprise infrastructure, AI capabilities, and global business opportunities.
My work has often involved creating platforms that bring together founders, investors, and enterprise leaders around emerging technologies such as AI and cloud infrastructure. Whether through innovation programs, executive experiences, or ecosystem partnerships, I’ve focused on turning ideas into initiatives that create real impact.
Alongside my corporate career, I’m also a builder. I’m the co-founder of Pearster, a boutique technology company connecting North American businesses with high-performance engineering talent across Latin Ameria, EMEA & Asia Pacific.
When I’m not working on innovation programs or building companies, I love exploring Miami with my bicycle, enjoying myself reading a good e-book on the beach, or expectant about the next F1 race!
